1. Introduction
These Terms of Service set out the legally binding terms between you and Erelise for the use of our website and the purchase of products from our store.
Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order. By placing an order or using the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Your Status

- Orders placed through the website are for personal (non-commercial) use, unless otherwise agreed.
3. Products, Pricing, and Payment
3.1 Products
We strive to display product colors, features, and images as accurately as possible. However, the actual appearance may vary due to screen settings or variations in the manufacturing process.
3.2 Pricing
- All prices are displayed in GBP or EUR.
- Prices include applicable VAT and any other taxes, unless otherwise stated.
- Delivery or shipping costs, where applicable, will be clearly displayed during checkout.
3.3 Payment
We accept payments via Shopify Payments, which securely processes transactions on our behalf.
Accepted payment methods include credit and debit cards (such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, and other methods available at checkout.
Payment is processed at the time the order is placed.
If a payment fails or is disputed, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify you.
4. Order Process and Contract Formation
Placing an order through the website constitutes an offer to purchase the products.
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order (“Order Confirmation”).
A second email will be sent when the products are dispatched (“Dispatch Confirmation”). At this point, the contract between you and us will be considered formed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including: product unavailability, pricing or description errors, or payment authorization issues.
5. Delivery and Shipping
We will deliver the products to the address you provide, as long as it is within the geographic regions we ship to.
Delivery times are estimates. We will do our best to deliver within the timeframe provided at checkout, but delays may occur.
The risk of damage or loss of the products passes to you at the time the goods are delivered.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your order (or part of it) within 14 days from the day after you receive the products, in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
To cancel, you must notify us in writing (via email or a cancellation form available on our website).
After cancellation, you must return the products in perfect condition, unused, and within a reasonable period.
The cost of return shipping will be your responsibility, unless the product is faulty or not as described.
Once we receive and inspect the returned products, we will process the refund within 30 days.
The refund will include the amount paid for the products plus the original standard delivery charges (if any).
If the products are faulty, damaged, or not as described, you have the legal right to a repair, replacement, refund, or price reduction under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
7. Consumer Rights and Guarantees
Products must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for their intended purpose.
Any defects must be reported to us within a reasonable time after discovery.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for keeping your login details and password secure.
You must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, act fraudulently, or misuse the website.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, including images, text, logos, graphics, product designs, and software, is the property of Erelise and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we (including our employees, directors, and agents) will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses.
Our total liability for any order will be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the products.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
11. Changes to the Terms
We may revise these Terms periodically.
If significant changes are made, we will notify you by email or through a notice on our website before they take effect.
Continued use of the website after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms, and any dispute or claim relating to them, are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Both you and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
