Returns and Exchanges Policy – Erelise
At Erelise, we want you to have the best possible experience when shopping with us. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our returns and exchanges policy follows current UK legislation to protect your consumer rights.
1. Right to Cancel (Online Purchases)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you received the product.
To exercise this right, simply notify us by email at support@erelise.com within the stated period.
After notifying us, you will have an additional 14 days to return the product.
2. Return Conditions
For us to accept your return, the product must:
- Be in perfect condition, showing no signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect it.
- Be returned with tags, accessories, and original packaging (where applicable).
- Personalised items, hygiene-related products, or items intended for personal use cannot be returned, unless faulty.
3. Faulty or Incorrect Products
If the product is faulty, damaged, or different from your original order, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
In such cases, Erelise will cover the return shipping costs.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to change of mind or exchange (non-faulty items), the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to an error by Erelise (incorrect item, defect, damaged product), we will cover the shipping costs.
5. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
- The refund will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction.
6. How to Request a Return or Exchange
Please email support@erelise.com with the following details:
- Order number
- Full name
- Reason for return or exchange
- Photos (if faulty or incorrect item)
Once we receive your request, our team will get back to you with detailed instructions for the return process.
